Construction industry bodies, led by the Strategic Forum for Construction and OGC, wanted to help government clients in commissioning projects. I developed guidance to provide practical advice and support.
With a team of designers and construction industry experts, I researched, wrote, designed and delivered a set of ten Achieving Excellence in Construction guides, which are used as standard best practice across the whole of the public sector.
